Dear Ibu,
Please accept this letter as a formal notice of resignation from my position as Maintenance Staff, effective July 1, 2008.
This was not an easy decision, which took a lot of consideration.
I appreciate the opportunity, knowledge, and experience that have been provided to me during my 1 year and 3 months of service.
